Blend Calculator

About the Blend Calculator

The Blend Calculator works out the per-injection mg of each compound in a multi-ester or multi-compound oil blend. A blend such as Sustanon 250 or a custom Test/Mast/Tren mix carries several active compounds in the same vial, each at its own concentration in mg/mL. This tool takes those concentrations plus your injection volume and shows the exact mg of every ester you are putting in with a single shot — and across a week. Free, no login.

It is built for anyone running a multi-ester blend who wants to know the real per-ester dose rather than just the headline number on the label. If you inject a fixed volume of a 250 mg/mL blend, knowing that it is 250 mg of testosterone total is only half the picture — the Blend Calculator breaks that 250 down into the milligrams of each individual ester.

How to use it

Start with a preset — Sustanon 250, TMT 450 or Test/NPP 300 — or build a custom blend of up to five compounds. For each compound, enter its concentration in mg/mL as it sits in the final vial.

Then set your injection volume in mL and how many injections per week you do. As soon as the fields are filled, the calculator shows the mg of each compound per shot and the weekly total for each — there is no calculate button to press.

Presets load real-world concentrations so you can see how a labelled blend splits across its esters; switch to custom whenever your vial does not match a standard recipe.

Worked example

Sustanon 250 — the blend

Test Propionate: 30 mg/mL

Test PhenylPropionate: 60 mg/mL

Test Isocaproate: 60 mg/mL

Test Decanoate: 100 mg/mL

Combined = 30 + 60 + 60 + 100 = 250 mg/mL

Per injection at 0.5 mL

Test Propionate = 0.5 × 30 = 15 mg

Test PhenylPropionate = 0.5 × 60 = 30 mg

Test Isocaproate = 0.5 × 60 = 30 mg

Test Decanoate = 0.5 × 100 = 50 mg

Total = 15 + 30 + 30 + 50 = 125 mg per shot

Weekly at 2 injections per week

Per shot: 125 mg, injections: 2 / week

Weekly testosterone = 125 × 2 = 250 mg/week

The math behind it

The Blend Calculator is built on three plain relationships:

Each compound is handled independently, so a blend with different esters at different concentrations gives a different milligram figure for each one. Adding those per-compound figures together gives the total per shot, and multiplying by your injections per week gives the weekly total for every ester in the vial.

Frequently asked questions

How do I work out the mg of each ester in a blend?
Multiply your injection volume in mL by each compound's concentration in mg/mL. For Sustanon 250 at 0.5 mL, the 30 mg/mL Test Propionate gives 15 mg, the 60 mg/mL Test PhenylPropionate gives 30 mg, the 60 mg/mL Test Isocaproate gives 30 mg and the 100 mg/mL Test Decanoate gives 50 mg — 125 mg of testosterone total per shot.
What is the combined concentration of a blend?
The combined concentration is the sum of each compound's mg/mL in the final vial. Sustanon 250 is 30 + 60 + 60 + 100 = 250 mg/mL. A TMT 450 of Test Enanthate 150, Masteron Enanthate 150 and Trenbolone Enanthate 150 is 450 mg/mL total.
How do I get my weekly dose from a blend?
Multiply the per-injection mg of each compound by the number of injections per week. Sustanon 250 at 0.5 mL gives 125 mg per shot, so two injections a week is 250 mg of testosterone per week, split across all four esters.
Can I use this for a custom blend?
Yes. Pick a preset such as Sustanon 250, TMT 450 or Test/NPP 300, or add up to five custom compounds and enter the mg/mL of each. The calculator multiplies your injection volume by every compound's concentration to show the mg of each per shot and per week.

How this is calculated

This calculator multiplies your injection volume (mL) by each compound's labelled concentration (mg/mL) to give the mg of every ester per shot, sums them for the total, and multiplies by your injections per week for the weekly figure. It is unit-conversion arithmetic only — nothing is stored — and it is not medical advice, nor an endorsement of any compound. Always verify the vial's labelled concentrations and confirm your protocol with your prescriber.
